Component details

Isolating and earthing static/ moving contact

Operation mechanism The transmission system adopts the bearing design with flexible rotation and efficient transmission. The surface finish adopts zinc-nickel alloy with good anti-corrosion ability.

Circuit breaker The embedded poles are made of high-quality materials with high insulation strength. They are miniaturized, maintenance-free and easy to install, and the special sealing process and unique structural design ensure the product's extremely low local emission value.

Isolating switch Metal precision processing base plates are adopted. The switch also uses high-strength cam-driven transmission system and is equipped with high-precision nylon screws and nuts. The isolating switch transmission is of high precision and stable movement.

Opening and closing structure The crank-driven linear-motion structure is adopted between mechanisms and interrupters, which is of high transmission efficiency, stable movement and small bouncing.

Isolating and earthing static/ moving contact Isolating static and moving contacts with shared voltage fields adopt condensation technology. The contacts are of good insulation and high hardness. They adopt spring contacts work as isolating connection. They are of small temperature rise and high performance in thermal stability.

Live locking device on earthing switch

When high-voltage incoming wirings are live or operating handles are pulled out, the device can realize automatic locking and over-temperature protection, which is safe and reliable.
In case of emergency, it can realize emergency unlocking with mechanical keys.
